Top WWE Superstars & Jobbers: 2017 Week 52
Each week, we look through the win-loss records of the WWE Superstars during the year to see who really are the best and worst, if wins and losses actually mattered. You can view more over in our Statistics section. You can also help support us by subscribing to our Patreon.
2017 has come to a close, and Monday begins a fresh year of win/loss rankings. So we’ve compiled all the data from the past 52 weeks to give the final standings for the superstars of Raw, SmackDown, 205 Live, and NXT.
Please note that people heading into the end of the year with injuries or not being actively on the rosters play a part in this, so that’s why people like Neville and Noam Dar are missing. Also the yearly peaks and weeks in the Top 10 only apply to their current brand, so those reset if they change in the middle of the year.

Finn Bálor ended up as the top superstar for Raw this year, though he was injured during the opening months of it. Braun Strowman traded spots with him quite a few times near the end, but Strowman still comes away with the Iron Man Award for the most weeks in the Top 10, having only missed 10 weeks.

19 | Sunil Singh | 0-5-0 | – | – |
20 | Tye Dillinger | 8-14-1 | 3 | 10 |
The current WWE Champion AJ Styles is SmackDown’s top superstar, and it makes sense since it is “The House that AJ Styles Built.” However, Randy Orton takes The Iron Man Award, which is mostly due to him winning the WWE Championship at WrestleMania and then feuding with Jinder Mahal for most of the summer.

12 | Tony Nese | 18-43-0 | 9 | 3 |
13 | Ariya Daivari | 11-42-1 | 1 | 7 |
Neville, Rich Swann, and Austin Aries were focal points of the division in 2017, but none of them lasted until the end of the year. So by default Cedric Alexander took the top spot, but Jack Gallagher and TJP both share the Iron Man Award for making the Top 10 every single week.

13 | Kyle O’Reilly | 3-1-1 | – | – |
14 | Kassius Ohno | 7-6-0 | – | – |
15 | Adam Cole | 2-1-2 | – | – |
The weird thing about NXT is that the top stars early in the year end up moving to the main roster, clearing their records in these rankings. However, a lot of the year did belong to Aleister Black, who has held the top position for quite a while and had an undefeated record until the final week. Akam of The Authors of Pain is the Iron Man Award winner since that team has pretty much run the NXT tag division for the entire year.

14 | Bianca Belair | NXT | 1-1-1 | – | – |
15 | Reina Gonzalez | NXT | 0-1-1 | – | – |
It was pretty obvious that the undefeated Asuka would take this award, and with her moving to the main roster and having more weekly matches it made it even more clear. Carmella and Nia Jax share the Iron Man Award for only missing 3 weeks in the Top 10, with Carmella’s misses coming really late.

Curt Hawkins’ whole gimmick is being a jobber who is on a losing streak, and now he can officially take the title of Top Jobber with his 0-32-0 television record this year. With Noam Dar and Dolph Ziggler being inactive,Tony Nese is the one left to take the Iron Man Award.
